Group Residency
The Art House Group Residency
January – June | The Art House, Sarnia
The Art House Group Residency offers artists the opportunity to develop their practice, experiment with new ideas, and connect with a community of fellow creatives in a collaborative studio environment.
Over five months of dedicated studio time, participating artists will work alongside one another and The Art House staff, sharing ideas, inspiration, skills, and creative perspectives. This residency is designed to encourage artistic growth, experimentation, and meaningful connections within a supportive creative community.
Each artist will receive a designated wall or A-frame space to personalize and transform into their own temporary studio. This space will serve as a home for their artistic practice throughout the working portion of the residency — a place to create, explore, take risks, and allow their work to evolve alongside the work of others.
Daytime and evening monitored studio hours will provide opportunities for artists to work within a shared, supported environment.
